Maine District Court violates due process of law

Due process of law denied by Court in Portland, ME. Father denied a hearing that was scheduled on 3/21/06, rescheduled to 5/17/06.
Defendant/father informed that the scheduled 2hr. hearing is abolished and the court in Portland has transferred the post divorce case to Millinocket, without a hearing due to an interest of justice, and convenience to the mother. A CLIFFORD ORDER per father's request was granted. This Order is a motion for the Department of human services to produce ALL documents of complaints of child abuse, which includes Youth Alternatives Inc. a referal agent of the Department. The court has ordered the clifford documents SEALED and not to be made available to the father. The vast array of malicious malevolent slanderous libelous accounts, is reason for a CLIFFORD ORDER and any and all fathers who care for a son should be made aware of the biased favortism of the courts. The Committee on Judicial Responsibility and the Maine Bar Association are aware of this matter concerning my minor son. This is an ongoing matter that begs to be addressed. The Department of Human Services is integrally involved in actions that violate the rights afforded under the Maine Constitutional Declaration of Rights, by witholding evidence against the order of the court. This is my story, I am publishing this in the hopes that it will be seen and people will begin to understand and fight the gross negligence and confirmatory bias which runs rampant within our system.

Most of the following pages have tidbits of information about the problem men face as a whole, and then they continue with an account of my personal experience with this incredibly corrupted system. This web site has been set up with the hope of enlightening society and the judicial of the many abuses fathers and husbands have to deal with. It is a sad commentary to our society that spousal abuse occurs at all. Women are in the spotlight most often as the abused spouse; men being the abuser. By some estimates however, abused men are actually the majority.

This is certainly the case with the judicial system. The woman is almost always awarded custody regardless of the circumstances. If a woman cries abuse, the abused man is most certainly hauled off to jail. Who is going to believe that he is the abused spouse?
